Returns Policy
We hope you will be satisfied with Chantry Cottage Soaps and other our products, however, if you decide to cancel your order please do so in writing within 7 working days, but please contact us beforehand to arrange the return. Due to the nature of our products cosmetic items can only be returned if they remain unopened and in the same condition as when you received them. Refunds for goods, which have been damaged whilst in your care will not be considered. Refunds for un-opened goods will be issued upon receipt of the items.
